Silver Spring Township Could Land New Costco
(Harrisburg, PA) -- A new Costco Wholesale store could soon be coming to Cumberland County. The company received conditional approval Wednesday from Silver Spring Township's Board of Supervisors for the proposed store. It would be on the corner of Roaring Fork and Hemp Roads, off Route 11, across from Cumberland Valley High School. The plan still needs approval and an engineer review and will also go through a period for public comments. If all that happens, township officials say the store could open by next summer in 2025.
