>Levine Warns PA Is On The Verge Of Repeating Widespread COVID-19 Pattern

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Department of Health Secretary Doctor Rachel Levine says the commonwealth is on the verge of repeating the pattern that led to widespread community shut-downs in the spring to mitigate COVID-19. Monday, Levine urged residents to stop the cycle by wearing a mask and making important choices to reduce exposure. The number of Pennsylvanians over the age of 65 who are positive for COVID-19 has dropped to about half of the overall cases. The number of Pennsylvanians aged 19-49 with positive cases now account for 45 percent of the total case count.

(Bird-In-Hand, PA) -- State police say a missing and feared endangered Lancaster County man has been found safe. Troopers had been looking for 69-year-old Jose Rivera Monday evening after he was last seen on the 31-hundred block of Old Philadelphia Pike. There was concern that he was at special risk of harm and may have been confused. There’s no word on where he was found.

(East Lampeter Twp. PA) -- Dutch Wonderland is opening to their season pass holders today for the first time this summer. The East Lampeter Township amusement part is limiting the number of guests allowed inside at one time and is requiring everyone to wear a mask. The park will open to all guests on Saturday.

(Lancaster, PA) -- Investigators say a mysterious box placed near Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital turned out to be an empty pinata. The box was spotted Sunday on the 500-block of North Duke Street and was labeled TNT. It’s unclear who would have left that box there.

(Manheim Twp., PA) -- Officials with the York County Coroner’s office are identifying the teen who drowned at Lake Marburg in Codorus State Park Sunday afternoon. They say 17-year-old Junior Molina was swimming with family near the boathouse on Dubs Church Road in Manheim Township when he went under the water and never resurfaced. His body was found about four hours later.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- One man is hurt after a shooting in Harrisburg yesterday. It happened on the 1,600 block of Hunter Street Monday following reports of a shots-fired incident. A second person may have been hit by gunfire and went to another hospital. Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting is asked to contact Harrisburg police.

(Susquehanna Twp., PA) -- Police in Susquehanna Township say they’ve arrested two men for assault, reckless endangerment, and interfering with child custody. Anfernee Albert and Masimba Fraser were both arrested last Thursday for the incident. Investigators haven’t said more about the incident that led to the charges.

(Swatara Twp., PA) -- Police in Swatara Township are being credited with saving a woman from an accidental drowning. The 29-year-old woman was pulled from a creek near the 200-block of Oakleigh Avenue Monday afternoon and was given emergency medical care. Investigators don’t believe the incident is connected to foul play.

(East Pennsboro Twp., PA) -- Investigators are trying to identify who vandalized East Pennsboro Elementary School last week. Someone entered the school early Friday morning and also spray painted an exterior wall with a half-moon and a star. The vandal also tagged the number 13-12 onto an administration building sign. That number is said to be an anti-police message. Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to contact East Pennsboro Township police.

(Lancaster, PA) -- Police in Lancaster County are making another push for information in the search for a missing Amish teenager. The Lancaster County DA's office is looking for information on where this car has been seen in recent weeks. Police say it belongs to 34-year-old Justo Smoker, who's been arrested and charged with the kidnapping of 18-year-old Linda Stoltzfoos. Police say the teen was walking home from church on June 21st when she was abducted. She has not been seen since.

>>Allentown Police Release Longer Video Of Saturday Arrest

(Allentown, PA) -- The Allentown Police Department is releasing a nearly ten-minute long video of Saturday's incident that sparked recent protests. The video, captured from a camera across the street, showed the man vomiting and struggling to stand up. Police say two officers attempted to escort the man to the emergency room, but things got physical so they applied a spit mask over his head to protect medical staff from bodily fluids. A use-of-force expert says in the video that circulated the officer had his knee on the man's shoulder and head, but the Lehigh County District Attorney is still investigating.

>>Susquehanna Township School District Returning With In-Person Classes

(Susquehanna Township, PA) -- The Susquehanna Township School District is returning in the fall with in-person classes four days out of the week and the option for remote learning. School board officials say the plan still needs approval from local commissioners, but they are offering three options for families to decide on how their kids will learn in the fall. In-person would run from Monday through Thursday, leaving Friday open for sanitation, while students can also sign up to learn remotely through a hybrid system or by signing up for Hanna Cyber Academy through the district. The district superintendent says they're offering a wide range of options in case there is a need for them to close down again and the transition would be smooth.
