(Harrisburg, PA) -- Harrisburg is extending its eviction moratorium for the second time since the federal moratorium ended last month. The city announced yesterday that the moratorium will be extended for 30 days, which means that no tenant can be evicted for not paying rent through March 16th. Mayor Eric Papenfuse says the extension was made because people are still facing hardships during the pandemic.
