(Harrisburg, PA) -- A longtime Harrisburg police detective is going to be running for magisterial district judge in Perry County. Detective Richard Gibney announced his plans to run for the open judge position over the weekend. (York, PA) -- Pennsylvania State Police are asking the public for help with finding a missing York County woman. Twenty-nine-year-old Nicole Ebaugh was last seen this past Saturday in the area of Glatfelters Station Road in the parking lot of the Heritage Rail Trail County Park. Officials say it doesn't appear that her disappearance is a criminal act. Anyone with any information is being asked to contact the State Police in York.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Police are investigating a shooting in Harrisburg that critically injured one man. The shooting happened Saturday night in the 200-block of Division Street. Officials say police were responding to a vehicle crash when they found the passenger of the vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Anyone with any information on the shooting is being asked to contact the Harrisburg Police Department.

(Undated) -- Here is the latest news: Authorities are investigating the cause of a crash in Berks County that left one teenager dead and four other people injured. Murder charges against Justo Smoker are going to be moving forward after a judge ruled there is enough evidence provided to proceed the case. One man is dead after an industrial accident at East Penn Manufacturing.

(Richmond Township, PA) -- Authorities are investigating the cause of a crash in Berks County that left one teenager dead and four other people injured. The accident happened yesterday morning on Kutztown Road near Lincoln Road. Authorities say it was a one-vehicle rollover crash. Three 17-year-old passengers and two 19-year-old people were transported to Reading Hospital. One of the 17-year-old girls passed away at the hospital because of her injuries.

>>Judge Proceeds Charges Against Justo Smoker In Lancaster County Murder Case

(Lancaster, PA) -- Murder charges against Justo Smoker are going to be moving forward after a judge ruled there is enough evidence in the case to proceed. Smoker's preliminary hearing was held this past Friday. His defense attorney asked Magisterial District Judge Denise Commins to dismiss Smoker's murder charge because it wasn't certain if Linda Stolzfoos got into his car the day she was killed. Commins didn't dismiss the charge and set Smoker's arraignment hearing for March 26th.

>>Man Dies In Accident At East Penn Manufacturing

(Lyons, PA) -- One man is dead after an industrial accident at East Penn Manufacturing. The accident happened over the weekend at the location in the one-hundred block of Deka Road in Lyons. Officials say a 30-year-old man was found dead in the Smelter building after he was involved in a fall. The accident is still under investigation by OSHA.

>>Man Arrested After Hours-Long Standoff With Warwick Township Police

(Warwick Township, PA) -- A man is behind bars after having an hours-long standoff with police in Warwick Township. The incident happened this past Friday evening in the 500-block of Creekside Lane. Officials say they were responding to a domestic fight when a 56-year-old man started fire gunshots. No injures were reported from the scene, but the man is being charged with reckless endangerment and terroristic threats.

>>People Required To Wear Masks At Blue Marsh Lake

(Reading, PA) -- Residents in Berks County who are planning to visit Blue Marsh Lake in the spring season are going to be required to wear masks. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineering sent out a reminder over the weekend that visitors must wear face masks at the lake. The only exception that will be made is for people who are doing water-related activities. Park rangers are going to be closing certain areas of the lake where people can't practice social-distancing.

>>Three Victims ID'd As University Student, Alumni

(Upper Saucon Township, PA) -- The three people killed in a single-car crash Saturday night are being identified as current students and alumni of DeSales University, according to the school. A fourth person remains hospitalized. The original incident occurred shortly after 8:30 p.m. on Lanark Road when the vehicle veered off the road and struck a tree. The reason for the accident is still unknown. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.

>>Camp Hill Man Sentenced On Tax Evasion

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Camp Hill man is being sentenced to jail for a year and a day for tax evasion. The situation dates back to September 2018, when police were called to the home of Matthew Forney on reports of a shooting. Upon arriving, police discovered Forney had been shot, and while securing the area, located a garbage back that contained a large amount of bundled US currency. Upon executing a search warrant, police found more bundled cash attached to business receipts, leading to an investigation by the IRS. This led to the discovery of more than $800-thousand in unreported income, resulting in $292-thousand in unpaid taxes. 

>>Two Bucknell Professors Receive Pricey Grant

(Lewisburg, PA) -- Two Bucknell University professors are being awarded a nearly $3-million grant for their research into Ebola. DeeAnn Reeder and Ken Field are receiving the $2.9-million grant for a five-year study that will take them to Uganda with a small number of university students. There, they will use one of the largest grants in the school's history to study three bat species that could have potential links to the virus outbreak. Reeder claimed this is a critical part of pandemic preparedness, saying "We need to understand better the disease ecology of viruses."  

>>Men Arrested for Trying to Sell Ghost Guns

(Philadelphia, PA) -- Four men are in trouble with the law after they tried to purchase and sell 'ghost guns' in Philly. According to NBC-10, the suspects brought them from a gun show in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. These guns are built from scratch and can be sold without background checks. In addition, they are harder to trace because there are often no serial numbers on the firearms. The suspects were arrested in two separate cases and face several charges that include the illegal transfer of a firearm, conspiracy, and other related offenses.

>>Embiid Donates All-Star Check

(Philadelphia, PA) -- Sixers star Joel Embiid is giving back to the Philadelphia community. Embiid will donate his 100-thousand-dollar winnings from last night's NBA All-Star game to local homeless shelters. Some of those include Sunday Breakfast Mission and Youth Services Inc. Meanwhile, Embiid and Ben Simmons were late scratches from the All-Star game after being considered as close contacts to a barber who tested positive for the virus.
