The Pennsylvania State Police are seeking public assistance to locate Hope Marie Clay, a 49-year-old woman from Franklin County, who went missing on Sunday evening (August 3). Clay was last seen in the 300 block of Means Hollow Road in Shippensburg. Authorities have expressed concern for her safety, believing she might be at special risk of harm or injury or may be confused.
Hope Clay is described as five-foot-two, weighing approximately 230 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. She is believed to be driving a 2017 Silver Ford Escape, bearing the Pennsylvania license plate "LYX5799."
