Man Charged for Exposing Himself to Firefighters

A Lancaster County man, Ryan Bunting, is facing charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct after allegedly exposing himself to firefighters in East Hempfield Township. The incident occurred on August 9 when firefighters responded to a fire investigation near Lynn Avenue. According to police, Bunting, aged 44, became agitated and aggressive upon the arrival of the firefighters.

As reported by East Hempfield Township Police Department , Bunting walked onto a driveway, dropped his shorts and underwear, and exposed his buttocks to the first responders. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct, both classified as misdemeanors of the third degree.

The East Hempfield Township Police Department documented that Bunting, who is from Landisville, was arrested on August 14. His actions during the incident included yelling threats and being physically aggressive towards the emergency personnel.
