For Amy, her word is alignment and it has a double meaning. She wants alignment in her life, but she always wants to work on her posture. Lunchbox's word for the year is moving which he hopes to do in his business and moving his body all the time more. Eddie's word for the year is slow, he wants to move slower in his life and he wants to talk slower to sound smarter. Bobby's word of the year is DGAF aka don't give a crap. Bobby has never been late to work, but he wants to be late at least twice to work this year. He thinks he has gotten himself so tight and rigid that he's restricting his creativity so he needs a change.
