I was sitting at stop light yesterday and I got beeped at by the car behind me. The light was red but the sign said "Stop Here on Red". There wasn't anyone coming through the green light, but I thought I had to stay "stopped". So, I did. However, it bothered me all night... and apparently that is not the case. I have been a driver for more than 20 years and I guess I have been doing this one wrong!
