Hershey Bears Lend Cooking Skills to Ronald McDonald House
(Harrisburg, PA) -- Players from the Hershey Bears have been helping in the kitchen at the Ronald McDonald House. Administrators there say Bears defensemen Jack Massie and Chase Priskie helped to prepare over 50 evening meals Tuesday for the families who are staying at the facility. Both players say they come from families that had great cooks and add that it was fun to give back to the community with an activity they enjoy. Last month, several players also visited the Penn State Health Children's Hospital to visit young patients and play games.
