Wolf Administration Urges Safety This Fall Fire Season

>>Wolf Administration Urges Safety This Fall Fire Season

(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Wolf Administration is urging residents to practice fire safety as the fall wildfire season approaches. Officials say as the leaves start to come down and things are more exposed on dry and windy days in the fall, we can quickly have dry enough conditions that a fire could start and spread. They added that 99% of all wildfires in the state are human-caused with debris burning, equipment use, power lines and campfires being the most common causes of these wildfires. The fall wildfire season begins next month.
