As we told you, Britney Spears and Sam Asghari got married last week, and now Britney has shared photos and video from the big day on social media.
“Wow !!! Holy holy crap !!! WE DID IT !!! WE GOT MARRIED 👰🏼♀️ !!!,” she writes on Insta next to the photos. “Gggggeeeeezzzzz !!! It was the most spectacular day !!!”
Brit admitted that she was nervous and “had a panic attack" earlier in the day, but she finally “got it together.” “The crew who created our home into literally a dream castle were fantastic !!! The ceremony was a dream and the party was even better 🎉 !!!,” she adds. “So many incredible people came to our wedding and I’m still in shock 😱 !!!”
One of the pics shows some of her celebrity guests, including Madonna, who she says she “kissed again,” Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton and Donatella Versace, who designed Brit’s gowns.
- She also shared a video of moments from the big day, including her and Sam and the altar, her horse-drawn carriage, the jewelry she wore and her guests sending them off with sparklers. She captioned it “fairytales are real.” In another video, it shows all Brit’s celebrity guests, including Madonna dancing to “Like A Virgin” on the dance floor. She also reveals a secret about her end of the night outfit. She writes, “pssss don’t worry I had my first diamond thong underneath my jacket … hope I didn’t offend anyone 😜😜😜 !!!”
But that's not all...
- Although Britney’s mom Lynne was not invited to her big day, it seems mom is truly happy for her, and let her know so on Instagram. “You look radiant and so happy!” she commented next to photos of the affair. “Your wedding is the ‘Dream’ wedding! And having it at your home makes it so sentimental and special!” noting, “I am soooo happy for you! I love you!”
- Following Brit's wedding, guest Drew Barrymore penned a note, sharing that it reminded her of her 1998 film "Ever After." "What I learned from Ever After is that we must rescue ourselves and yet still want the fairy tale. And that’s exactly what Britney did!” she shared. “I couldn’t not be happier for her intrepid journey !!!!!!!."
- As we told you, Britney's first ex-husband Jason Alexander attempted to crash Brit and Sam's wedding, and now she's taken steps to protect herself against him. The couple was able to get an emergency protection order against Jason, which is good for seven days. He must now stay at least 100 yards away from her, Ashgari, and their home.
