This month-long celebration begins with the Mansion decorated with artfully arranged fresh greens by the Garden Club of Harrisburg. View the special Life with the Reilys exhibition as part of your tour. The Fort Hunter Mansion is open for tours Tuesday-Sunday with reservations preferred and prioritized. Admission is just $7.00 per person
December 2 – December 23
Enjoy a 45-minute guided tour of historic Fort Hunter Mansion, elegantly decorated for the Christmas holiday season. For the month of December, the tour focuses on holiday traditions and seasonal details rather than detailed history of the house. Many thanks to the Civic Committee of the Garden Club of Harrisburg for their holiday inspirations. Reservations suggested.

November 29 – December 21
All aboard! The magical HO gauge model trains start rolling November 29– December 21 every Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 – 4:30. Presented by the Keystone Model Railroad Historical Society. Lots of interactive elements and the walk-around setup make this a must-see attraction for the whole family!
Old and new trains will be displayed each week and for the annual visitor, exciting new additions are made each year.

Kids aged 12 and under can shop for family and friends with the aid of helper elves. All gifts are under $15 with items for all ages, including grandparents. Santa’s helpers will assist youngsters in picking out tasteful and unique items from the Museum Shop at Fort Hunter. Chaperones provide spending money and a gift list. The gifts will be wrapped and tagged by helper elves. Don’t miss this special opportunity for parents and kids.
