Riley Green posted a sneak peek of a soon-to-release ballad from Marshals. The Yellowstone spinoff features the country star in his acting debut.
Green, 37, revealed a snippet of “My Way” in the Marshals preview shared on Instagram on Monday morning (April 13). The clip shows Green playing Garrett, a former Navy SEAL, in scenes with actor and country artist Luke Grimes. Green says in the promo, “music’s my only escape. It helps me forget about the past.” He goes on to sing “My Way” around a campfire.
“My Way” will release on Friday (April 17). Listen to a longer preview below. The next Marshals episode will premiere on Sunday (April 19).
Grimes reprises his role as Kayce Dutton in the new Western drama, which focuses on the ex-Navy SEAL as he “leaves Yellowstone Ranch to join U.S. Marshals, using his cowboy and military skills to fight crime in Montana while dealing with family ties and the mental toll of law enforcement,” per IMDb. The cast also includes Logan Marshall-Green, Gil Birmingham, Brecken Merrill, Ash Santos, Arielle Kebbel and others.
Shortly before he confirmed his acting debut, Green teased his new role during a press conference in February in Nashville, Tennessee. He said at that time, “it’s something that I’ve been interested in for a while, and obviously been talked about for little bit. …You know, you look at what shows like Yellowstone have done for the Western lifestyle… It’s definitely something I’m interested in, and we may or may not see something like that.”
Green is part of the star-studded lineup of the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival, along with Carly Pearce, Luke Bryan, Kane Brown, Parker McCollum, Shaboozey, Dylan Scott, Russell Dickerson, Gretchen Wilson, Chase Matthew and Lauren Alaina, plus special guest George Birge. iHeartRadio's Bobby Bones is returning as the event’s host. The show will take place on May 2 at Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Tickets to the show are available as of January 23. Fans across the country will be able to catch all the action as the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival will be broadcast live across iHeartCountry stations nationwide and the free iHeartRadio app on Saturday, May 2nd at 8pm ET/5pm PT (7pm CT).
