(Harrisburg, PA) --A state representative is pushing a bill that will make it easier for kids to fundraise in their towns. Republican State Rep John Hershey says his bill would allow minors to operate a business on an occasional basis without a business license. He says that could help kids run lemonade stands, cut grass, and shovel driveways without the local municipality shutting them down.
