(Harrisburg, PA) -- The city of Harrisburg is celebrating a home-grown star before he leaves for the Lone Star State. At H-MAC Monday, new Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons got the key to the city from Mayor Eric Papenfuse and met with about 100 people. Papenfuse told the crowd that Parsons is already thinking about ways to give back to his community.
