(Harrisburg, PA) -- People in Harrisburg are going to have to pay more to park at metered spaces. Park Harrisburg announced yesterday that hourly metered parking rates will increase from three-dollars to four-dollars in the Central Business District and from $1.50 to $2/hr outside the CBD. The change will go into effect on Monday, August 2nd.
