Fetterman Oz Debate
>> Fetterman To Hold One Debate With Oz
(Harrisburg, PA) -- Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman says he'll go toe to toe with Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz for one debate. The Fetterman campaign said Wednesday the current Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor will debate Dr. Oz in mid-to late October on live TV, with details still to be announced. The campaign has not said why he's agreeing to only one debate, but the decision comes after weeks of Dr. Oz questioning Fetterman's lingering health problems from a stroke he suffered in May. Fetterman and Oz are running to replace retiring Republican Senator Pat Toomey, so if the state flips to a Democratic seat, the winner could help decide control of the Senate next year.
