(Dauphin County, PA) -- The opioid epidemic and the state's response to drug addiction among the top priorities for voters ahead of the November midterm. The Pennsylvania Harm Reduction Network says the state has moved from epidemic to full on public health crisis. Pennsylvania remains among the top five states for overdose deaths. Sixty-seven-percent of voters in the state say drug addiction is a major problem in the state.
