Pennsylvania Woman Gets 2 ½ Years For Threatening Pelosi, U.S. Capitol Police

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A northeast Pennsylvania woman who screamed death threats directed at Nancy Pelosi during the U.S. Capitol riot will spend more than two years in federal prison. Pauline Bauer from Kane was sentenced Tuesday to 27 months. Prosecutors had recommended that she get six-and-a-half years. Capitol Police bodycam footage shows Bauer threatening the former House Speaker in a rant that also included a confrontation with officers who were forced to retreat from the entry near Pelosi's office.
