Third Lebanon Shooting Suspect Still Not in Custody

(Lebanon, PA) -- Officials say they're still looking for a third suspect in a triple homicide that claimed the lives of two children Tuesday in Lebanon. The county district attorney said at a news conference Thursday that they're specifically looking for the car that was used, in addition to the third suspect. Pier Hess Graff also says her office is considering whether the case could be considered for the death penalty. Police say the eight-and nine-year-old brothers who were killed were not targeted. They now believe Josh Lugo Perez, who was 19, was the intended victim because of a past argument. Alex Torres-Santos, who is 22, and James Fernandez-Reyes, who is 16, were arrested earlier this week.
