(Philadelphia, PA) -- A Former Wells Fargo executive will receive probation for obstructing a federal investigation into the bank's fake-accounts scandal. Bloomberg reports Carrie Tolstedt has avoided prison time in the sentencing that was announced Friday. Prosecutors say she mislead regulators who were investigating the bank opening of millions of accounts without customer authorization. She is the only executive to be criminally charged in the scandal.
