(Lancaster, PA) -- A 68-year-old man has died in a home explosion in West Donegal Township. A report from the Lancaster County coroner's office states that Harvey L. Winters was found underneath debris at a home on Bossler Road Monday following the explosion and a two-alarm fire. Northwest Regional Police say his cause of death is pending, but their initial investigation shows no suspicious circumstances. An autopsy has been scheduled.
