(York County, PA) -- A Maryland man is facing federal fraud charges connected to a business in York County. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, 65-year-old Creed White was listed as the owner of 19 aluminum smelting businesses, including one in Yoe, but none that had any employees on payroll. White allegedly applied for dozens of PPP loans during COVID, 42 of which were approved and funded more than eleven-and-a-half million dollars. White is facing 30 years in prison if convicted.
