Junior Shot Putter Reaches 39-feet in LLL
(Lancaster, PA) -- A junior from Manheim Central has repeated herself as the best shot putter in Lancaster-Lebanon league. Laci Nelson claimed gold over the weekend at the Black Knight Track and Field Invitational. Her personal record 39-foot throw was the fifth-best in the state so far. The meet included many of the Lancaster-Lebanon league's top girls throwers. Ephrata's Sophia Rivera was second at 37-8 and Warwick's Allison Mateyak took third at 35-7 point 5.
