Colonial Park Mall To Be Auctioned Off
(Dauphin County, PA) -- Colonial Park Mall will be auctioned off later this month. The more than 60-year-old building is currently 29-percent occupied, with stores including Kay Jewelers, Claire's, and T-Mobile. The auction comes after a purchase agreement for the mall last year fell through. The auction will run from June 25th through the 27th, with the starting bid at two-point-one-million dollars.
