Dauphin County Commissioner Speaks On Prison Power Outage

(Dauphin County, PA) -- A Dauphin County Commissioner says the power issues at the county prison are not over yet. Commissioner Justin Douglas says the prison was still running on generators as of Monday afternoon. The outage started Friday morning when a contractor hit a utility line, leaving inmates without air conditioning for more than 24 hours over the weekend. Douglas is calling for an investigation once the electricity issues are resolved.
