(Lancaster County, PA) -- A man is in custody after authorities say he set a vehicle on fire and put over a dozen people in danger. Aaron Hugar is accused of setting a vehicle on fire after an argument in Mount Joy on February First. Police said the fire was set about 20 feet away from multiple residences, endangering 15 people inside. Hugar faces charges including felony arson and risking catastrophe.
