(Harrisburg, PA) -- Penn-DOT says an oversized truck driver is to blame for heavy traffic on I-83 in Harrisburg yesterday afternoon. The department said a truck with an oversized load was disabled in the northbound lanes near Paxton Street after the driver realized it might be too big for the overpass bridge near the Harrisburg Mall. Both lanes reportedly had to be shut down so the truck driver could safely back up and get off the highway.
