(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Harrisburg woman is going to prison after being found guilty of obtaining over a-million-dollars through healthcare and bank fraud. Federal officials said 43-year-old Ester Mbaya filed fraudulent Medicaid claims while serving as president of home healthcare agency Cool Waters LLC. Prosecutors said Mbaya also submitted altered statements and falsified paychecks to receive loans from multiple banks. She was sentenced to more than three years behind bars and must pay over three-million-dollars in restitution.
