>>Two Dead After Pittsburgh Area Slammed By Severe Winds
(Pittsburgh, PA) -- At least two people are dead after severe weather knocked out power to the Pittsburgh area. At last check, over 400-thousand homes and businesses were without electricity after 70-mile-an-hour wind gusts knocked over trees and power lines and prompted tornado warnings Tuesday night. Two deaths are being blamed on the storm, including a man who was electrocuted by live wires in the Pittsburgh South Side Slopes neighborhood. Utility officials in western Pennsylvania say crews are working to assess the damage, and estimated times of restoration will be posted once that's done.
