Man Charged With Homicide For Deadly Crash
(Lancaster County, PA) -- A man is being charged with homicide for a deadly crash in Lancaster County last month. Authorities say 23-year-old Charles Mitchell the Fourth was speed racing when he collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Turnpike and Bossler Roads on April 30th. The other driver, identified as 55-year-old Elena Murariu, was taken to the hospital where she later died. Police said Mitchell recorded himself reaching speeds of at least 111 miles per hour shortly before the wreck. He is being held on 900-thousand-dollars bail.
