(Manheim Township, PA) -- The Chief of the Manheim Township Police Department is being placed on leave. The department says Chief Duane Fisher is going on paid administrative leave as it conducts an internal investigation into an incident late last month. Fisher reportedly pulled a gun on a motorcyclist while conducting a traffic stop in an unmarked police vehicle dressed in plainclothes. The Lancaster County District Attorney's Office said it is not investigating Fisher and has not made a referral to the State Attorney General.
