Repair Shop Owner Accused Of Issuing Fraudulent Stickers
(Dauphin County, PA) -- A auto repair shop owner in Harrisburg is accused of issuing fraudulent safety inspection and emission stickers. State Police say 45-year-old Choukri Bouslama issued stickers to vehicles that were not present at Choukri Auto Services on the 1500 block of Walnut Street. Bouslama is also accused of falsifying mileage records in order to exempt vehicles from emission testing. He was charged yesterday with forgery and tampering with records.
