A Pennsylvania man, Israell Lee Saez, is facing multiple charges after being found with a firearm at the York Fairgrounds on Monday (July 21). The West Manchester Township Police arrested Saez, 33, after he was seen leaving an unauthorized trailer with a gun. Saez claimed his boss instructed him to retrieve the firearm, but the boss later denied this.
Saez, who is not permitted to possess firearms, was charged with one count of possession of a firearm prohibited, one count of theft by unlawful taking, one count of receiving stolen property, and one count of carrying firearms without a license. He is currently held at York County Prison after failing to post bail.
According to the West Manchester Township Police, the charges stem from a police investigation at the York Fairgrounds, located at 334 Carlisle Avenue in West Manchester Township.
