Pennsylvania has been named the tenth-best state to live in according to a recent report by WalletHub. The report assessed all 50 states using 51 key indicators of livability, including affordability, education, and quality of life. Massachusetts topped the list, followed by Idaho and New Jersey in second and third place, respectively.

The Keystone State earned its high ranking due to its balance of cost of living, job opportunities, and quality of education. WalletHub's analysis considered factors such as housing costs, income growth, and the quality of hospitals. Pennsylvania's strong performance in these areas contributed to its position in the top ten.

Massachusetts, the leading state, was praised for its robust healthcare system and high-quality education, boasting the lowest premature death rate and the highest share of residents with health insurance coverage. Idaho, ranked second, impressed with its low real estate tax rates and high median household income growth, making it a favorable place for building wealth. New Jersey, in third place, excelled in health metrics and poverty reduction efforts.

The report highlights the importance of evaluating multiple factors when choosing a place to live, emphasizing the need for states to focus on improving affordability, economy, education, quality of life, and safety to attract residents.
