Man Accused Of Setting Apartment On Fire Due To Issues With Landlord
(York County, PA) -- A man is being charged with arson for allegedly setting his apartment on fire due to issues with his landlord. State Police say 31-year-old Ethan Pomraning admitted last week that he started the July fire at an apartment building in York County because he believed his unit had "subpar living conditions" and wanted to send a message. He also reportedly thought the landlord owed him a thousand dollars. Authorities said the fire caused hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage and displaced nine residents.
