Lebanon County Man Faces Child Abuse Charges

A Lebanon County man, Micah Miller, 47, from Myerstown, Pennsylvania, is facing serious charges of inappropriate contact with children. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Miller is accused of inappropriately touching two children, including a boy he was babysitting in Jackson Township. Miller is charged with felony counts of corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor, as well as misdemeanor counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age and endangering the welfare of children.

Court records reveal that Miller allegedly abused the boy he babysat, and the child reported having to lock the bathroom door when showering to prevent Miller from entering. Witnesses also told police that Miller and the boy showered together, and Miller locked the bathroom door.

In another incident, a different boy reported that Miller would enter his bedroom and wake him up by inappropriately touching him. This reportedly occurred over several weeks in Bethel Township, Berks County.

Miller is currently held in Lebanon County Prison with bail set at $100,000 by Magisterial District Judge Anthony Verna. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 4.
