On Wednesday (January 7), Miller was driving a Dodge Caravan when he collided with a horse-and-buggy on Strasburg Road in Salisbury Township. The crash resulted in the death of Mary Ruth Stoltzfus, a 65-year-old woman from Paradise, Lancaster County, who was operating the buggy. She was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's office.
